Are there any recipes my readers would like?

Hello to all my readers,
It's been a while since I've made any new updates, and it's not because I'm not cooking and eating. However, I seem to have come across a case of writer's block. Although I'm still making lots of stir fries and steamed dishes, I've found it's just a variation on a familiar theme that I've already uploaded. As readers of my blog, e-mail me what ingredients or ideas for future posts that you'd like to see.

  1. Hi, love your recipes! Wondering if you have any aubergine/egg plant recipes as this is my favourite vegetable! I especially like the aubergine my grandma used to cook with minced pork...

  2. Hi Lena, there's a stuff eggplant recipe I'm working on right now, but I think I know of that dish your grandma makes. It's written as 魚香茄子 in chinese.

  3. I have a request! In Cantonese, we call it "lion's head" or "lion meatballs". I've had it 2 different ways though - one that has a more intense and concentrated sauce (I have no idea what's in the sauce though), and one that my mom made when I was younger that was lighter and soupier-based with vermicelli in the soup base. I'd love to see an entry on either variation of the dish :)
